The Landmark is a modern mixed-use development set at the western end of South West India Dock and March Wall, close to the Thames and a stroll from the Canary Wharf finance district.

Completed in 2010, The Landmark incorporates a collection of buildings dominated by two towers which are connected at the base via a podium incorporating a landscaped public realm. Together with Landmark Pinnacle (completing in 2020) the development forms a new cluster of prominent, heavily glazed, lightweight reflective buildings that sit as a gateway to Canary Wharf. The master plan for the site provides a series of public spaces with a central square as a focal point and allows pedestrian routes leading to the river front.

The Landmark comprises two towers: The Landmark East Tower (44 storeys) and The Landmark West Tower (30 storeys). Combined, the two form a residential collection with over 800 high-end apartments.
